- Visible sheathing condition at the eaves and in the attic where accessible
- Roofline for dips, waves and framing movement
- Attic intake ventilation, since blocked vents drive the whole cycle

Photographs of each area of concern, a written scope, and the per-sheet and per-linear-foot rates so you can compare our number to anyone else's on a like-for-like basis.
